Maintenance requests

• Liaising with contractors and assisting residents with minor maintenance repairs
• Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, their families and visitors
• Assist in wheelchair transport, mail deliveries and other driving duties

About You:

We are excited to hear from you about this role! We are looking out for:

• A relevant trade qualification or demonstrated handyman experience
• Current Light Rigid NSW Drivers License or willingness to obtain
• Physical Fit for loading and unloading wheelchairs on the bus
• Knowledge of correct manual handling procedures
• A sound understanding of aged care and the principles guiding this sector
• General computer skills
• Australian Working Rights

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
