  • At Anglicare, we are seeking dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional support to older adults across Greater Sydney.

In this role you will be travelling to clients’ homes and a current NSW drivers’ license and motor vehicle is essential.

Your Role

  • As a Home Care Worker, you will provide tailored support, including:
  • Personal care, such as showering, dressing, and grooming.
  • Preparing and cooking meals and assisting with household tasks.
  • Household duties including washing, ironing, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Providing social support and encouraging engagement in social activities Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Providing Transport – appointments, shopping, and social outings
  • Providing Respite – being with clients to give their Carers a break

What You Bring to The Role

  • A genuine passion for caring for others.
  • Previous experience in home care or a willingness to learn.
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home, and Community) desirable
  • Availability to work across various locations in Greater Sydney.
  • A current NSW driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (essential).
  • Valid First Aid Certificate and a current police check (or willingness to obtain).
