Role Overview

The Care Worker supports residents in their daily activities and contributes to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and friendly environment. Working under the supervision of a supervisor, the Care Worker ensures residents receive compassionate and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Care

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Support residents’ social and communal needs to promote wellbeing and engagement.

Care Plan Implementation
