The Role

We are seeking a Construction Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Brisbane Area.

You will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong coordination, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities
• Manage and lead site teams to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in construction supervision or site management
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

• Experience in site inspections and quality assurance
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or similar (preferred)
• Familiarity with project management tools/software (advantageous)
• Experience in disaster recovery or accessible construction (e.g., NDIS projects) is a plus
