I saw your Job posting and I am interested in applying for the position. I am currently working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in one of the leading fast food restaurant here in the Philippines. As a manager, I am aware of my duties and responsibilities to keep the flow of the restaurant as smooth as possible. I am flexible, I can work on different shifts, which I am currently experiencing. I am also in charge of the C&C of the store, cleanliness and condition to be exact. When it comes to food safety, I have a certificate which indicates that I passed the food safety examination so I have knowledge in handling food. I am also aware of the importance of the standards in preparation of food, the weight, texture and more importantly the taste of the food. During my shift, I managed at least 12 service crew for the entire shift, 5 kitchen crew, 5 service crew and 2 dining crew. I am also very much willing to be relocated. However, I only have Philippine passport. On the other hand, I have a Degree in Psychology, which has been a big advantage for me as I encountered or handled different kind of customers.
