Your responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, operating rooms, and other hospital facilities, as well as restocking supplies and disposing of waste. Responsibilities of Cleaners:

  • Cleaning within Hospital ward environment, bathrooms, kitchens, offices, meeting rooms, clinics
  • Cleaning of internal public areas, lifts and stairwells.
  • Replenishing consumables in patient, staff and public toilets and bath/shower areas.
  • Requires self-motivation and integrity to work autonomously.
  • Requires good time management to complete tasks to a high standard.
  • Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers
  • To undergo Hepatitis B screening
  • Requires a team worker with individual competence and maturity.

  • Reliability and honesty
  • Be physically fit and energetic.
  • Have a good eye for detail and pride in your work.
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • A clean criminal record
  • NZ work rights is essential for all the positions.
