I work at PT.Lurch Sira Indonesia as Pre-commissioning Operator at Water Treatment Plant area and Waste Water Treatment Plant area on KINE Project JO - PT.Lotte Chemical Indonesia for about 1 year 6 month until now.The main duties of a Pre-Commissioning are as follows: • Ensure that the Plant is ready for commissioning marked by the completion document. • Prepare the commissioning procedure. • Create and implement the Pre Start up Safety Review (PSSR). • Create a schedule and scenario / sequence commissioning (start up to performance test). • Implement the commissioning scenario and ensure it is according to schedule. • Troubleshoot if there is a process problem. • Monitor operational data / process data. • Make comparison between process data, and design data as a result of tool performance. • Make commissioning report to client until Operating Acceptance is achieved.
