Contracting and Construction Enterprises was founded in Riyadh in 1992. As a privately held general contracting company. The business was recognized as a Class 1 general contractor in 1995 and pre-qualified by Saudi Aramco to carry out industrial projects. Since then, it has grown steadily.

In Saudi Arabia and the surrounding countries. CCE is an establish provider of large-scale EPC contracts to governmental and private clients.
