Job Role Overview
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bistro. Your work will help ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow hygiene standards in a food service setting.
Key Responsibilities
Clean floors, tables, chairs, and dining areas
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen support areas and washrooms
Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene procedures
Clean utensils, equipment, and surfaces as required
Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages
Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
Ensure the bistro remains clean during operating hours
Assist with general cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements
