Responsibilities of Apprentice Electrician:
- Assisting with the installation of electrical systems in new buildings and structures.
- Learning to diagnose and repair electrical faults.
- Assisting with the maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Participating in training programs and courses to further develop your skills.
Requirements for Job:
- Completion of Year 10 or equivalent.
- Queensland Class “C” drivers’ licence or the ability to obtain.
- White Card or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
- Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Tetanus immunizations or the ability to readily acquire.
- Passion or learning and electrical works.
- Outstanding work ethic
- Awareness of Safety
- Above average passing grades in the completion of Year 10.
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career as an Electrician.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Commitment to safety and following workplace policies and procedures.
