Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Provide outstanding in-flight service and hospitality
  • Assist passengers with queries, special needs, and onboard support

Safety & Security

  • Ensure full compliance with aviation safety procedures
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety equipment usage
  • Take control during emergencies and follow safety protocols with confidence

Operational Duties

  • Manage onboard services efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver seamless service
  • Maintain professional appearance and represent the Emirates brand

Training & Development

  • Complete world-class training in Dubai covering safety, service, and emergency procedures
  • Continuously develop skills to handle a wide range of situations onboard

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
  • Minimum high school (Grade 12) education
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Minimum height 160 cm, with arm reach of 212 cm (on tiptoes)
  • No visible tattoos while in uniform
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai
  • Must meet UAE employment visa requirements
