Job Description

The Ultimate Care Group is a privately owned Specialist Residential Aged Care Services Provider. We offer rest home, hospital, and dementia care to the elderly in 19 residential facilities throughout New Zealand. Madison, a well-established Facility, has been part of the Levin community for over 20 years, which includes a hospital. Our central Courtyard enjoys all day sun and has a large aviary and well-manicured gardens.

We have a permanent part time opportunity, for an experienced Caregiver.

The Role:

• Permanent part time – rostered shifts am/ pm
• Providing a friendly and supportive service
• Personal cares
• Helping with general activities in daily living
• Housework
• The nature of this business requires 24 hour cover 7 days a week so weekend work will be required.

About You:

• Knowledge of the Health & Disability Sector Standards
• Experience in the Aged Care industry preferred
• Previous experience in delivery of care services
• Empathy and commitment to excellence in care of the elderly
• Possesses a can do attitude
• Honesty, reliability and integrity
