Trade Recruitment Specialist is seeking for CNC technician to join their team in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate must have ability to create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to produce precise components based on engineering drawings and specifications. This is fresh level full-time position. For this position salary range from $70,000-$80,000 per year.
Qualifications for CNC Technician:
- Candidate must have 6 years’ experience in setting and operating CNC Machines.
- It must have experience and able to operate different machines including 142U Quicktech 10 axes Mill/Turn machines and Deco 10 sliding head lathe.
- Self-starting and able to work in minimal supervision.
- It must have proficient in English.
Responsibilities for CNC Technician:
- Candidate must have ability to create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to produce precise components based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- It must have ability to set up CNC machines by selecting and installing appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with CNC programs or machine operations, adjusting settings to optimize efficiency and precision.
- Monitor and inspect parts during and after production to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
