Job Description

As a Customer Service for our Government client at Probe CX, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer service to the Australian public. Working in our state-of-the-art contact centre in Springfield , Queensland, you will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping everyday Australians and Businesses navigate government services and address their queries and concerns.We aim to become the digitally enabled customer experience brand of choice. From workforce management and people and culture to intelligent automation and outsourced services, our focus is on creating environments for CX to thrive.

What you’ll be doing

  • Respond to inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and problem-solving skills
  • Accurately record customer information and log details of interactions in our CRM system
  • Research and provide detailed information about government programs and processes
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times
