Job Description
We are currently seeking an energetic, innovative and passionate Customer Service professional to join our team in Truganina. You will be responsible for providing a high level of quality service to both internal and external customers. This role would suit a friendly individual who likes to dot their i’s and cross their t’s.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Relaying seasonal information to customers regarding availability and supply of Seeds
- Updating customers on order and distribution constraints
- Processing orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaising with freight companies
- Managing consignment stock and working closely with the accounts team
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Updating data in our CRM system.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous customer service and administration experience in a wholesale environment with demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Developed customer service skills with a professional and approachable phone manner
- Proven written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent in using the MS office suite (particularly excel) as well as a variety of databases
- Experience in Navision platforms (or similar large ERP systems) would be looked upon favorably but not essential
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to learn complex information quickly
- Experience in dealing with freight companies would be beneficial.
