Do you speak German perfectly? Are you flexible and don’t mind working morning and afternoon shifts? Do you want to be free during the week? Our line operates from 7am to 10pm, Mon to Sun. You will be assigned to shifts based on this time.

• We specialize in customer experience outsourcing, but our capabilities extend across voice, social and digital channels.
• Our outsourced services have also expanded to include payment management, sales and marketing services.
• We are currently looking for German-speaking Customer Service staff .

Duties :

• Contact via phone, chat and email with customers to resolve any issues or complaints
• Ability to stay focused and organized to accurately handle customer requests in a timely manner
• Continuously report new issues and actively engage with team leaders and colleagues to optimize the overall customer experience
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to create a positive relationship with each caller
• Must be able to use CRM tools and related software to handle any contact

Key competencies and qualifications:

• Customer focus, sensitivity and attention to detail are core competencies
• GERMAN language proficiency level (level B2, C1)
• Fast typing, minimum 40 words per minute
• Ability to handle stressful situations and contacts
• Previous experience in this role is preferred
• Able to work quickly and effectively
• Willing to collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve customer satisfaction
