• Your focus will include:
• Prepare design documentation
• Review design documentation, specifications and materials/equipment purchased
• Liaising with other disciplines
• Liaising with the Client and their engineering personnel
• Liaising with Vendors
• Liaising with other project functions, i.e. Procurement, Document Control and Planning
• Responsible for the application of Australian and International Codes to electrical design
• You will have knowledge in the following areas:
• LV Distribution systems – including Switchgear, Distribution boards, UPS supplies (AC & DC)
• LV electrical motors and Electrical drives
• Packaged equipment and their interfaces
• Earthing and lightning protection design
• Lighting design

What you will bring to the team:

• Previous post Graduate experience as an Electrical Engineer within Detailed Design is essential
• Your ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team will ensure your success in this role
• Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Hazardous area knowledge and competency is preferred
