Electrical Supervisor Job In Wagners Industrial Services, Australia

Job Description

We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join the Wagners team in our Toowoomba Workshop. The Electrical Supervisor is a busy role and is responsible for the organization and execution of daily work activities carried out by the electrical staff throughout varies sites within SE Queensland.

Duties

• Organize and structure workload for staff ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain compliance of electrical systems under the AS 3004:2013 and Mining Acts
• Liaise with external power providers for applications and compliance
• Responsible for the development and implementation of projects, and management of budgets and forecasts
• Employee engagement including employee reviews, training and apprentices
• Compile quotes and tenders for both internal and external customers
• Implement and retain a high level of safety culture within the team

Experience

• Trade Certificate in Electrical Trade (Electrical)
• Current CPR / LVR
• Electrical Contractors License or ability to obtain this
• 5 + years post trade experience
• Previous Supervisory experience
• Construction Industry Blue or White Card
• Advanced knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS regulations and practices
