PDM department in the highly competitive Engineering unit secures the changes are inherited into the product with utmost diligence to improve the product consistently. We do this by accelerating and governing the change management process for the complete value chain
Responsibilities
- Handle design & process updates through Change Management and PTC Windchill.
- Demonstrated excellence in delivering highly scalable and technical solutions working with full-stack engineering teams
- Drive E2E Engineering change management to improve the product & process.
- Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business need.
- Good data analytical skills with ability to fetch data and metrics for making decisions through Power BI.
- Excellent verbal communications across to align with various stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience with Mechanical background
- 2+ Years of relevant experience in change management
- Good Knowledge in working with Change Management/ PLM tools/ Reporting tools (Windchill/SAP/ Power BI)
- Experience in planning day to day activities and managing stakeholders
- Self driven, to work independently with minimal supervision
