Al Rawabi Dairy Company, a leading dairy farm in the UAE, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Farm Worker. In this rewarding role, you’ll play a vital role in caring for their cows and ensuring the production of high quality milk.

Key Responsibilities of Farm Worker:

  • Assist with the daily care and feeding of dairy cows, including milking procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment for the cows by cleaning barns and removing waste.
  • Monitor cow health and report any signs of illness to the farm supervisor.
  • Participate in milking equipment operation and cleaning (following proper hygiene protocols).
  • Contribute to data collection and record keeping tasks related to milk production.
  • Work collaboratively with other farm workers to ensure smooth daily operations

Ideal Requirements of Farm Worker:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (prior experience in animal husbandry is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a factory setting is preferred.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of equipment and machinery operation is a plus
