Key Responsibilities of Farm Worker:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops.
- Selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to crop production and farm maintenance.
- This includes but is not limited to, planting, harvesting, irrigating, and operating farm equipment.
- Planting, watering, and harvesting crops. This can involve operating machinery like tractors and harvesters.
- Some tasks are seasonal, such as planting in the spring, harvesting in the fall, and winterizing equipment and buildings in the winter.
- Operate farm equipment such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems.
- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements for Job:
- Previous farm work experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
