We are seeking trade-qualified Fitter Machinists to join our Liberty Street branch in Cairns, the largest CRG centre in Far North Queensland! These opportunities will best suit those who hold an Engine Reconditioning Fitter/Turner or Fitter Machinist qualification.

As a Machinist in our branch, you will:

• Perform reconditioning works on CAT engines and components.
• Perform diagnostic assessments on engine components.
• Work as part of a skilled and driven team.
• Display fairness, build trust, and maintain respectful relationships through open lines of communication.

A successful teammate will have:

• A Trade Qualification – Engine Reconditioning, Fitter/Turner, Fitter Machinist or similar
• A genuine interest in engines, components and large machinery and equipment
• Previous experience operating on lathes and CNC machinery

• Motivated and strong work ethic with excellent organizational skills
