Midland Transport is currently seeking a Freight Handler based out of the Saint John Terminal, NB. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and “Can Do” attitude.

Responsibilities
- Dock setup
- Scanning process and paperwork (BOLs)
- Loading and unloading freight
- Communicate with other Dock Workers to ensure safe loading and unloading
- Keeping the dock ad work area clean and fully functioning
- Flexible to assist in other areas when volumes are low
Qualifications
- Education Required: Minimum High School Diploma
- Years of Experience Required: <2 years; previous experience in a warehouse and/or shipping environment
- Committed to working safely in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working positively with others toward common goals
- Able to read and write clearly to complete paperwork
- Efficient and hard-working
- Basic math skills and Organizational skills
