About the Role
As a House person you will play a vital role in ensuring the prompt delivery and collection of guest amenities, laundry/dry-cleaning general requests and stock. Your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service will help create a welcoming environment for our guests.

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide a high-level of service excellence to InterContinental Hayman Island Resort’s valued guests.
