Role

Under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Assistant Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor, the Houseperson is responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

The role follows the hotel’s Policy and Procedure, Standard Operating Procedures Manual, and Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and embody the Aman Flamework, including Ambition, Purpose, Brand Pillars, Values, and Competencies.
• Protect the Brand and ensure that business partners and guests enjoy their on-property experience. Follow the best traditions of Aman culture and Flamework.
• Stay open and supportive when new ideas are introduced.
• Use resources to improve task productivity and service quality.
• Have full knowledge of stay packages and promotions available to guests.
• Have full knowledge of guest rooms and hotel outlet information.
• Have full knowledge of Housekeeping operational systems.

Requirements

• Verbal and written proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Computer knowledge and the ability to work long hours.
• Motivation and team-building skills.
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and initiative.
• Goal-oriented attitude and a desire to achieve goals.
