What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and supervise a team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and workflow to meet production targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance and improvements.

Physical Demands

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
