Exciting Opportunity for Maintenance Fitters
An opportunity is available for an experienced and self-motivated Maintenance Fitter to join our Asphalt Production Plant in Somerton. You will be part of a collaborative Production team dedicated to maximizing the performance of our assets and ensuring their longevity for the future.
ABOUT YOU
- Trade qualifications in Mechanical Fitting, Heavy Plant, Boilermaker, or similar.
- A proactive approach to diagnosing faults and managing equipment breakdowns effectively.
- Extensive exposure to fast-paced manufacturing plants; experience in asphalt manufacturing is highly regarded.
- Assist in all areas of preventative maintenance planning and strategy.
- Proficient computer skills to navigate maintenance systems and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster effective working relationships with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures, with a commitment to identifying hazards and ensuring a safe working environment for everyone.
