The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Planner/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel both nationally and internationally, working on a variety of specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor maintenance & NHVR compliance.
  • Ensure internal corporate KPI compliance.
  • Record & archiving of pre-starts and entering hours into maintenance management system.
  • Complete weekly maintenance reports.
  • Coordinate availability of equipment and schedule routine maintenance activities, faults, and repairs with operations team across Australia.
  • Update and complete work orders.
  • Handle procurement, quotes, invoicing and freight…
  • Assist with asset acquisitions & disposals.
  • Engage subcontractors for overflow works.
  • Book and arrange travel and accommodation for maintenance personnel.
  • Prepare maintenance KPI reports.

Qualification

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Secondary or tertiary education
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferred
  • Email management, Data Entry and working across spreadsheets skills preferred
  • A willingness and ability to travel frequently.
  • Presentable and professional, with strong organizational skills.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously and within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Accounts payable experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
  • Proven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quickly
  • Flexible approach with strong business acumen
