- You control and monitor the production process
- You operate the conveying, weighing and mixing equipment to produce ready-mixed concrete
- You will learn the disposition of mixtures, material flow and material transport
- You keep an eye on the quality of our products
- Your craftsmanship skills are demonstrated when carrying out repair and maintenance work to maintain production
- We will show you how important occupational safety and environmental protection are for our company

- You have at least a secondary school certificate and good grades in science subjects and math
- In addition, you have basic PC knowledge, technical interest and understanding as well as manual skills
- Your personality is characterized by teamwork, open-mindedness, reliability, sociability and willingness to learn
