About the Roles

As a Production Worker or Paper Machine Operator, you’ll be a crucial part of our pulp and paper operations, focusing on either recycled or Kraft paper production. Reporting to
the Production Manager, your role will involve:

• Operating and monitoring machines and plant equipment within the paper mill.
• Supporting processes such as stock preparation, winding, finishing, and quality control.
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues and ensuring optimal plant performance.
• Maintaining high safety standards and adhering to operational procedures.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for individuals with:

• A background in operating Paper machinery & working in production environments.
• Previous experience in a pulp and paper mill (Kraft or Recycled)
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• A proactive approach to teamwork, safety, and achieving production targets.
• Willingness to work in physically demanding environments with heat, noise, and rotating shifts.
• Completion of Year 12 or a Trade Certificate is advantageous.
