The opportunity:

• As a Paving Operator, you’ll play a key role in the operation of paving machinery, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and precise application of asphalt on roads and surfaces. Working within a tight-knit team, you’ll contribute to projects that connect and improve our communities.
• In addition to the above you will:
• Operate paving machinery to lay and finish asphalt to the highest standards.
• Perform equipment checks and ensure machinery is in excellent working order.
• Collaborate with the surfacing crew to achieve project timelines and specifications.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all health and safety protocols.
• Support the team tasks as required.

• Be knowledgeable of roading and asphalt surfacing processes.
• Have strong teamwork skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Able and flexible to work outdoors and adapt to changing project demands.
