The Benefits

• $33.75 per hour + Penalty and overtime rates
• Duration: 6 Months
• Competitive pay rate with penalty and overtime rates included
• Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in poultry farming

Responsibilities

• Controlling pests and vermin
• Operating farming equipment
• Preparing and cleaning sheds, equipment, and spreading litter for new bird placement
• Setting up for depopulation and cleanout
• Catching/holding birds and other aspects of bird handling and welfare activities
• General maintenance of poultry farm grounds
• Cleaning, disinfecting (sanitizing) equipment, machines, and buildings within farm confines
• Dismantling farm equipment as needed
• Collecting, grading, and storing eggs according to company specifications
• Performing vaccinations as required

Benefits

• Approximately 40 hours per week

Your Skills
