The Production Line Worker is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations within the Steel Door Production team. This role involves hands-on work in grinding, priming, welding, and assembling steel doors and frames while ensuring product quality and workplace safety.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-based environment. This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and plays a key role in maintaining production standards and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform grinding and priming of steel doors and frames
  • Carry out tack and spot welding of components
  • Package finished products and load them onto trailers
  • Handle materials and perform lifting (up to 50 lbs)
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work environment
