INTEGRA AGRICULTURA Y TECNOLOGÍA, S.L. is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Engineer Job in Qatar(Agriculture & Irrigation) to join its expanding team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time role is ideal for an Agronomist or Agricultural Engineer with strong expertise in greenhouse projects and irrigation systems. The position involves supporting ongoing and upcoming agricultural developments across the region, with a focus on efficient, sustainable, and high-performance irrigation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, supervise, and commission irrigation systems for greenhouse and open-field agriculture
• Prepare and interpret technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
• Conduct irrigation system evaluations, water balance studies, and fertigation optimization
• Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and operational phases
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, agronomists, and other project stakeholders
• Supervise on-site installation teams and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Implement sustainable irrigation strategies to optimize water and resource use
• Monitor project performance and report technical progress to management
• Support troubleshooting and system improvements during project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in agricultural irrigation projects
• Proven experience in greenhouse or controlled-environment agriculture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and irrigation design software
• Strong technical knowledge of hydroponics, fertigation systems, water treatment, and resource management
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Doha, Qatar
• Availability for immediate joining
