About The Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental The Landmark, Hong Kong, within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the comfort of all in-house guests according to established hotel procedures and standards. The Room Attendant reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

As Room Attendant, You Will Be Responsible for the Following Duties

• Clean guest rooms according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head.
