Milaha are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales assistant to join their Marine & Industrial Equipment team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar or related field, preferably in Lubricant and Chemicals, Marine/Industrial Products. The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of PC operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities of Sales Assistant:

  • Generate Lubricant and Chemicals business from local Industrial, Automotive, Trading and Shipping companies.
  • Identifying and networking with prospective clients & generating business from existing accounts.
  • Increase sales by achieving the targeted number of quotations and invoices within a given period of time to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure customers are satisfy with product performance and service.
  • Preparation of documents for tenders and business transactions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to be forward to the Supervisor. Update customer visit Database.
  • Monitor Inventory level regularly and prepare list of items for stock replenishment to optimize stock and ensure availability of products in stock at any time.
  • Procuring materials and services in cost effective ways to cut procurement costs, understand the product and approach the right suppliers.
  • Assist the Sales Supervisor and Sales Executive to perform some of the sales coordinator tasks including but not limited to: Quotation preparation, attend customer’s enquiries, tender documentation preparation to achieve the budgeted sales target.
  • Handling the landing orders and coordinating with warehouse team for timely delivery to clients. Ensure all Deliveries are Invoice on Time.
  • Performs other duties as may be assign by the Supervisor – Lubricants.
  • Ensure full compliance with the safety goals, objectives, and procedures towards achieving zero LTI.

Requirements for Latest Sales Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar or related field.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of PC operating systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP platforms, including Oracle Fusion, is an asset.
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written), Hindi/Urdu is preferred.
