In addition to the above you will:

• Operate grader machinery to perform tasks such as grading, levelling, and finishing road surfaces.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of the grader.
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensuring your team adheres to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Have great people management and open communication skills.

• We’re looking for someone with:
• Class 4 License.
• W,T,R (wheels, tracks, and rollers) endorsements.
• Staff supervision and proven experience as a final level grader operator in the civil construction industry.
• Experience with communication to and leading others.
• A background in both earthworks and road construction, including pavement construction.
• Creating, Connecting and caring for the community
