In addition to the above you will:
- Operate grader machinery to perform tasks such as grading, levelling, and finishing road surfaces.
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of the grader.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensuring your team adheres to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.

- We’re looking for someone with:
- Class 4 License.
- W,T,R (wheels, tracks, and rollers) endorsements.
- Staff supervision and proven experience as a final level grader operator in the civil construction industry.
- Experience with communication to and leading others.
- A background in both earthworks and road construction, including pavement construction.
