Key Responsibilities of Store Assistant:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email!
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Product sales service and receive payment Including recommending promotions for best-selling products.
- Membership application and renewal service
- Provide contact and inquiry services and provide product knowledge information including solving problems for customers.
- Arrange products in the store including taking care of all neatness Inside the Amway shop.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements for Store Assistant:
- Vocational Certificate – Bachelor’s degree (unlimited fields)
- If you have experience in providing services and solving problems for customers will receive special consideration
- Have a love for service, like to solve problems, have a good manner, and smile.
- Have a good personality and have patience. and have high responsibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills
