Warehouse Assistant Job in New Zealand, This is a full-time warehouse role in Parnell, working Monday to Friday. The job includes receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and moving stock. You will also help with deliveries, stocktakes, inventory checks, and general warehouse tasks. Warehouse experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided. A full driver’s licence is preferred.

These are full-time roles, Monday to Friday. You must also be flexible to work late nights and weekends during busy periods.

What You’ll Do

You will help with all stock handling tasks, from receiving stock to sending it out. Your duties include:

• Receive, check, barcode, and store incoming stock with care.
• Pick and pack customer and store orders to Flo & Frankie’s high standard.
• Use our Warehouse Management System and workflow processes with confidence. Full training is provided.
• Keep warehouse areas tidy, organised, and safe at all times.
• Use warehouse equipment, such as order pickers and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Help load and unload deliveries.
• Support stocktakes and inventory checks.
• Report any stock differences.
• Help with general warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

• Great attention to detail and pride in doing things correctly.
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a close-knit team.
• Confidence to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand, lift, and move stock.
• We prefer candidates with warehouse or inventory experience, but it is not essential. Training will be provided to the right person.
• We prefer candidates with a full driver’s licence.
