Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Manager:

  • moreover Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and internal/external customer service
  • Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
  • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
  • Meet regularly with warehouse supervisors and leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
  • moreover Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of materials and equipment
  • Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with all levels of management
  • Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse

Ideal Requirements of Warehouse Manager:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (Required)
  • Experience in a regulated industry (Preferred) Medical device, Pharma, Biotech etc.
  • Experience working with ERP programs (SAP Strongly Preferred)
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability in developing effective long-term strategies to support business plans
  • Strong ability to work cross functional
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, word processing and excel
