Job Description

ProWay is hiring motivated people to join its fabrication and welding team in Australia. The role involves fabricating and welding livestock equipment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork. First Class Welders, Second Class Welders, school leaver apprentices, and adult apprentices are encouraged to apply.

Trade qualifications and welding experience are valued. However, training is available for suitable candidates. Employees can receive above-award pay, weekly pay, a monthly RDO, uniforms, training, career development, and permanent full-time or part-time opportunities. ProWay does not offer sponsorship for these positions.

About the Role

Working within our manufacturing team, you’ll fabricate and weld premium livestock equipment used by producers across Australia. From cattle yards and forcing pens to loading ramps and bulk handlers, you’ll help build industry-leading products in a safety-first, Zero Harm workplace.

You will also contribute to ProWay’s Lean Manufacturing journey, which focuses on continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence.
