Currently, I’m with a BPO Company and has further my experience in career and life. I’m a personalized, empathetic, easy to understand customer support and a quality over quantity type of leader that keeps her team and the entire Program (whose ranging from 300-1000 employees) she’s managing to strive forward while meeting the clients needs so as to ensure that everyone still has their work that they love.
Through the years with the company, I obtained expertise on using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook that helps build reports and plans to better the program I’m handling. As I make sure that we are not experiencing set backs, my analytical and problem solving skills has been improved exponentially.
And though, I have been working on an office job at the moment, as someone who grew up at a rural area, household chores and farming fruit bearing crops is something that we usually do at an early age which has been thought by our grandparents and should be an advantage cause it proves my flexibility. Moreover, I was an athlete back in high school and college and built up a strong stamina to last hours of working.
