Retail Supervisor Role
1. Ensure that the store is ready for customer,
A. Manpower is complete and balance with proper uniform and grooming.
B. Conduct daily ACE huddle activity (pep talk, sales performance, sales target).
C. Break time schedule is being followed and all aisles are manned.
D. Store is extremely clean and organized.
E. Monitor stocks withdrawal for selling shelves replenishment.
F. Conduct inventory monitoring and monitor preparations of repeat orders.

2. Check the accomplishment of all delegated tasks and assignment to store officers and resolved all
pending transactions, paper works, problems and issues.

3. Check external messages from customer/key accounts and internal communications, memos,
advisories, instructions and directives from top management and support groups.

4. Execute management directives and instructions and ensure proper and timely compliance.

5. Walk every aisle daily (WEAD)
A. Check and observe if excellent customer service process are correctly followed, provide
feedback and coaching.
B. All aisles are clean and free of obstractions, no merchandise on the floor.
C. Check negative space, dusty items, unnecessary items, defective items, item not suitable for
display, etc.

6. Closely monitor the hourly sales report and drive selling workforce to achieve the daily sales target.

Sales Associate Role
1. Ensure proper grooming and wear the prescribe uniform and be ready for customer.

2. Ensure housekeeping and display management standard of assigned department.

3. Actively participate in the ACE huddle activity.

4. Execute and cascade the instructions and directives of the store head.

5. Conduct inventory monitoring and prepare repeat orders of merchandise.

6. Replenish the display shelves of assigned department.

7. Master merchandise, know how (product knowledge) of assigned department.

8. Set up and highlight monthly promotions.

9. Properly and execute excellent customer service process.
