– Oversee multiple suppliers, ensuring quality standards achieving the companys quality objective of ZERO PPM.
– Prepare supplier-related improvements, performance and presented during monthly supplier meetings.
– Investigate and analyze any manufacturing problems regarding to supplied materials.
– Maintain optimized production levels to ensure on-time product shipment
– Support new model launch up of mechanical parts used in assembly line
– Ensure all good parts are being delivered in assembly line from supplier to customer.
– Analyze quality based on standards, material specification, non-conformance in processes, and evaluates documents to ensure optimal quality
– Collaboration with suppliers in developing corrective actions and solutions for encountered problems
– Collaboration with cross-functional departments and setting meetings for the improvements and solutions
– Conducts supplier audits related to Quality Management System and Quality-related concern
– ISO14001:2018 Internal Auditor
