Designation & Department: Electrical Testing Engineer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
A) Develop protocols along with test reports for verification of design testing working with project teams.
B) Ensure all design activities for project are performed confirming to external and internal requirements.
C) Mainly checking various types of equipments which needed to start an industry as like a power plant.
D) Reading the drawing and ensure if there any components was stable to work beyond 3 to 5 years or not. If not then replace it.
E) Develop documentation related with electrical project as well a engineering activities.
2. STANLEY BLACK & DECKER; PUNE,MAHARASTRA(MARCH 2021 – AUGUST,2021) :
Designation & Department: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET).
Roles and Responsibilities:
A) Operating an Automating Motor (Universal) Winding machine.
B) Daily check in all operating machine like – Slot paper insert machine, Winding machine, Crimping Machine, Coating Machine, Printing machine.
C) 24*7 monitoring (On Shift basis) and manufacturing the Universal motor.
D) Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
3. KYB SUSPENSION INDIA LIMITED; CHENNAI(OCTOBER,2020-MARCH,2021) :
Designation & Department: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET).
Roles and Responsibilities:
A) Operator of a CNC Machine (Casting).
B) Knowledge about the company’s kaizen, quality of manufacturing product.
