The Trade Instructor – Laundry Operations role offers you the opportunity to shape lives and support rehabilitation. By providing inmates with vocational training and employment skills, you will play a vital role in helping them integrate successfully into the community post-release. To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• Relevant qualifications in Laundry Operations (Certificate II or III) or willingness to achieve qualifications within 12 months.
• Trade qualifications in construction or other fields (favourable).
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety requirements within a workshop or industry environment.
• Experience in imparting trade knowledge and supervising work in a workshop environment.
• Ability to plan, organize, and deliver structured courses to adult learners.
