Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Ensure the cafe is clean and tidy at all times
• Operate cash registers and handle payments
• prepare foods such as salads, sandwiches, baked goods and meat as per the menu or order.
• Ensure food is fresh and kept at a safe temperature.
• Prepare coffee and use a coffee machine.
• Clear tables, wash dishes and clean and stock food cabinets.
• Weigh, price and pack food.
• Take orders, serve customers and answer their questions.
• Make hot and cold drinks such as tea or juice.
• Manage the till and take payments.

Eligibility Criteria for Job:

• Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Barista experience is an advantage
