Key Responsibilities of Store Assistant:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email!
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Product sales service and receive payment Including recommending promotions for best-selling products.
• Membership application and renewal service
• Provide contact and inquiry services and provide product knowledge information including solving problems for customers.
• Arrange products in the store including taking care of all neatness Inside the Amway shop.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements for Store Assistant:

• Vocational Certificate – Bachelor’s degree (unlimited fields)
• If you have experience in providing services and solving problems for customers will receive special consideration
• Have a love for service, like to solve problems, have a good manner, and smile.
• Have a good personality and have patience. and have high responsibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills
