Job Description

We are seeking Refrigeration Tech’s & HVAC’s looking to join the DeltaFM team on an even time days only roster. You’ll be joining a small but established team conducting Village & Accommodation Maintenance. You’ll have a permanent room on this 400 room camp, and a back to back team member. There are two positions available across WA and the ideal applicant will be able to commence the recruitment process now, for a March 2025 start date.

THE POSITION

  • Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
  • Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
  • Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
  • Prioritizing works & meet rectification deadlines
  • Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand, Dual Trade Allowance if applicable.

THE PERSON

  • Full ARCTICK License & WA Restricted Electrical License or working towards
  • Current CPR + LVR, C Class Australian Drivers License, White Card & Police Check within 12 months
  • Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
  • Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
