Key Responsibilities of Light Duty Cleaner:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces.
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair work on buildings, equipment, and facilities.
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and report findings.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools and equipment.
• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance task.
• Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed.

Eligibility Requirements for Light Duty Cleaner:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
